Add Passback to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or VS Code once. Then the assistant can publish for team review and pull the comments back. Pick your app below, or copy the URL and add it as a custom connector anywhere.

Add to Claude
  1. The button opens Settings → Connectors and copies the URL — or go there manually and click Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the MCP URL above, then click Add → Connect to sign in.

Available on Free/Pro/Max/Team/Enterprise (Free = 1 custom connector). On Team/Enterprise an Owner adds org connectors.

ChatGPT
  1. Settings → Connectors (Apps & Connectors) → Advanced → enable Developer mode.
  2. Connectors → Create → paste the MCP URL → Authentication: OAuth → Connect.

Developer mode is beta and admin-toggled. Plus/Pro get search-only; full read/write custom connectors need Business/Enterprise/Edu. Requires OAuth 2.1 + Dynamic Client Registration (Passback supports it).

  1. One click — Cursor opens the install prompt. Confirm, then it runs OAuth automatically.
VS Code (and Copilot in VS Code)
Add to VS CodeInsiders
  1. One click — VS Code 1.101+ opens the install prompt and handles OAuth. Copilot uses this same connector.
Claude Code (CLI)
  1. Run the command; Claude Code opens a browser for OAuth on first use. Use /mcp in the TUI to (re)authenticate.
Codex CLI
  1. Or add it to ~/.codex/config.toml under [mcp_servers.passback] with url = "https://api.passback.ai/mcp".
